Logistics Officer
Introduction:
Our client, a well-established manufacturing of Metal Raw Materials is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings
Responsibilities:
- Handle shipment from Europe to South-East Asia
- Arranging airport pick-up, customs clearance and delivery to customers
- Monitoring/reconciliation stock positions
- Monitoring/reconciliation timely receipt of funds
- Issue invoice and data entry
- Communication with customers for payment and delivery
- Ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Good spoken written English and Chinese (Cantonese)
- 3-5 years of logistics and shipping experience in trading/manufacturing field
- Solid experience in commodity field is preferred
- Good Excel skills
- Experience in using SAP system is an advantage
- Detail-minded and a good team player
