Logistic Supervisor, FMCG, Hunghom, Hong Kong
Introduction:
My client is distributing and trading branded beauty/skincare/fragrance products, and has a new headcount for Logistic Supervisor to handle orders and distribution in Yau Tong warehouse, Monday to Friday, 9-6
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage operations and logistics functions for Beauty products
- Liaise with various parties to maintain smooth running and operation of delivery system
- Responsible for directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle
- Prepare inventory reports and manage the inventory level of SKU’s
- Project planning & management throughout initial concept stage to implementation
- Liaise with vendors and office in handling damaged goods and claims after delivery
- Inspect and monitor the performance of warehouse and the storage of goods
- Managing daily routes / schedules of shipments and deliveries, including manpower planning and coordination
Requirements:
- Diploma or above with 4 years or above of experience in handling distribution and orders managements and supply chain
- Experience in handling beauty/skincare/fragrance items is an advantage
- Experience in e-Commerce fulfilment is an advantage
- Strong order planning management skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
