Legal Secretary
Introduction:
A sizable local legal firm located at Central is urgently seeking a candidate for the position of Legal Secretary.
Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial support to a partner and a lawyer of litigation practices
- Prepare, edit, and format legal documents
- Update and maintain filing system
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Degree holder of any discipline
- 3-5 years’ relevant experience
- Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
- Immediate availability preferred
