IT System Manager
Introduction:
Lead teammates to provide support in maintenance and administration of IT server/storage infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Lead teammates to provide support in maintenance and administration of IT server/storage infrastructure.
- Provide hardware and software installation, patch update and upgrade.
- Monitor the performance of the infrastructure and performance.
- Manage system security as per security policies and standards.
- Conduct problem analysis and liaise with other team to resolve issue.
- Maintain system documentation and asset inventory management.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology (or its equivalent).
- Minimum 15 years relevant experience in IT system administration; Team leading experience a MUST.
- Experienced in infrastructure projects, such as server, storage and switch upgrade
- Technical experience in Microsoft Server, Linux Server, VMware, Backup solutions and Scripting
- Aggressive, positive attitude, self-motivated, target oriented & able to work under pressure.
- Good communication & presentation skills in both English and Chinese
