Introduction:

Lead teammates to provide support in maintenance and administration of IT server/storage infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead teammates to provide support in maintenance and administration of IT server/storage infrastructure.
2. Provide hardware and software installation, patch update and upgrade.
3. Monitor the performance of the infrastructure and performance.
4. Manage system security as per security policies and standards.
5. Conduct problem analysis and liaise with other team to resolve issue.
6. Maintain system documentation and asset inventory management.

Requirements:

1. Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology (or its equivalent).
2. Minimum 15 years relevant experience in IT system administration; Team leading experience a MUST.
3. Experienced in infrastructure projects, such as server, storage and switch upgrade
4. Technical experience in Microsoft Server, Linux Server, VMware, Backup solutions and Scripting
5. Aggressive, positive attitude, self-motivated, target oriented & able to work under pressure.
6. Good communication & presentation skills in both English and Chinese
