Our client is an international pharmaceutical company which is looking for a new investor relations director to take the company forward and work closely with several stakeholders who can help grow the company profile

Responsibilities:

·         Be involved in annual meetings, roadshows and press conferences

·         Prepare and present annual and interim reports and related documents

·         Update the company profile and inform relevant stakeholders on the changes in the organizations

·         Help investors with any questions and assure them of the company’s aim for continuous success

·         Conduct research and analyse financial market information

Requirements:

Requirements

·         Undergraduate degree in finance, medicine or any related discipline

·         10 years of investor relations experience, majority to be in a large listed company

·         Able to quickly analyse situations and develop suitable solutions and investment strategies

·         Strong communication and personable skills, able to speak to different stakeholders and represent the organization

·         A strategic thinker, a good planner, a coordinator and a team player.
