ICT Technician
Introduction:
Our client is a well-established institution and we are now seeking a fast paced and energetic IT Support Specialist to support their users.
Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive IT support to all PC users on hardware and software issues such as installation, troubleshooting etc
- Maintain the IT networks, AV equipment, IT infrastructure.
- Provide training to users on how to operate the systems and software etc.
- Measure IT hardware and software performance levels, manage SLA, external vendor relationship management
- Participate in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Department Head.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Technology/ Computer Science preferred
- At least 3-5 years of related experience in IT support
- Well versed with networks, troubleshooting, hardware and software issues
- Good English language skills is a MUST
- Available within 1-2 months preferred
- Good team player
