Documentation Officer (L/C)
Introduction:
Our client, a well established Steel Materials Trading/Manufacturing is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above mentioned position. Details are as followings:
Responsibilities:
- Prepare shipping/banking documents in conformity with L/Cs and/or Sales & Purchases Contracts;
- Perform checking on suppliers’ documents and issue sales invoices;
- Arrange to send copy documents to customers/overseas offices;
- Maintain filing system for copy shipping/banking documents;
- Assist in ad hoc assignments when required
- 13 months salary + variable bonus
- 15 days Annual Leave
- Medical and dental insurance coverage
- Public Holidays
Requirements:
- Diploma or above;
- Good English and Mandarin;
- 3 years’ of shipping & L/C documents experience;
- Familiar with L/C;
- Stable and a good team player
