Introduction:

Our client, a well-known and successful medical organization is looking for a new Director of Ethics and Compliance to manage their regional operations and improve the company's overall performance

Responsibilities:

• Understand the company's business activities and programs
• Partner with internal stakeholders on decisions regarding global processes, risk assessment growth possibilities
• Advise on training and communication methods for the organization that align with the company policies
• Create reports, provide solutions and implement changes in the required areas
• Investigate unethical practices / monitor the team performances
• Participate in company activities that deem to be relevant to your role

Requirements:

• 8 years experience in healthcare focusing on Ethics and Compliance
• Experience in implementing and managing regional compliance programs
• Knowledge and experience working with medical devices is highly advantageous
• Ethics and Compliance accreditation (CCEP-I / CCEP)
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve and multi-task under pressure
