Customer Services (Air / Sea Freight)
Introduction:
My client, an Europe base freight forwarding & logistics company; they are looking for a Customer Services - Sea / Airfreight experience.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for order follow up of sea / air shipment, shipping documents arrangement, quotation preparation, customer service and sales administration function
- Co-ordinates with departments concerned on related issues
- Familiar with Worldwide markets
Requirements:
- 2 years or above Sea & Air Customer Services or Sales Coordination experience in sea or air freight forwarding company; also handle fashion & F&B clients experience
- Excellent command both English and Mandarin
- Computer skill of MS office
