Introduction:

Our client, a well established life insurance brokerage is urgently looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct regular follow-ups to understand client needs, maintain long-term relationships, and promote value-added professional services.
2. Secure policy renewals and identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and their referrals, including additional coverage and repeat purchases.
3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal colleagues and external customers, providing high-quality after-sales support.
4. Participate in ad-hoc assignments and client-focused projects as required.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; IIQE Paper 1 and 3 required.
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in the insurance industry. Exposure to High Net Worth (HNW) clients is an advantage.
3. Solid and comprehensive knowledge of general insurance products, with strong customer service, conflict management, and problem-solving skills.
4. Native or bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken). Good command in Mandarin is a distinct advantage given the client profile.
5. Detail-minded, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
8. Immediate availability is preferred.
