Introduction:

Our client, an US-based communications technology company, is looking for a high calibre Sales Development Executive joining its Hong Kong operations.

Responsibilities:

  • 60 outbound calls per day to prospect target account (BANT qualification) and new contact opt-ins.
  • Lead generation activities (conduct sales calls, attend events, data input (new contacts), lead qualification, and generate reports).
  • Leverage corporate WeChat account to provide lead gen function in China.
  • Support sales administration and handle enquiries from hotline or website.
  • Localize marketing campaign materials to create call script, anticipated Q&As and reference materials for calling customers.
  • Support 4 to 5 enterprise events a year (i.e. tradeshows, seminars, or conferences) to run the booth, or follow up the acquired contacts.
  • Conduct web search to explore business contacts in target verticals (i.e. Data mining project).  


Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Language, Marketing, or Information Technology
  • 2-3 years' working experience related to telesales, inside sales or sales coordination
  • Good spoken English and Mandarin
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Passionate about technologies
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Edge (or Chrome), and Salesforce 
  • Knowledge of using social media
