Introduction:

A renowned MNC, developer and distribution of branded electronic consumer and industrial products, is hiring to cope with the growing business.

Responsibilities:

·         Analyze internal business systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards

·         Create, modify, update and implement the company’s policies

·         Advise the top management on business operations relating to investment, risks and any other policy development

·         Liaise with other departmental heads to ensure that all business operations are in line with business policies

·         Develop risk management strategies

·         Design control systems to address cases of violation of internal business policies

Requirements:

·         A degree holder in business management, Legal Studies, Business Administration, Project Management or other related disciplines. 

·         Additional qualification in the field of compliance or administration would be an added advantage

·         Minimum 3 years’ experience in a professional setting, particularly in the realm of compliance

·         In-depth knowledge of industry standard, rules and regulations is greatly preferred

·         Good grasp of industry processes and business regulations

·         Strong organizational, communication, analytical and conflict management skills

·         Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills

·         Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
