Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coach 2 assistants
• Carry out company secretarial duties with HK private companies
• Attend to statutory corporate compliance issues in Hong Kong and some major offshore jurisdictions as well as offering clients access to, company secretarial services;
• Follow up clients individual requirements and provide a wide range of company secretarial and business formation services to individuals and organizations operating in Hong Kong
• Ensure client documentation complies with the requirements of the company’s KYC policies

Requirements:

• HKCGI member or finalist preferred
• 4 years of experience gained in corporate services firm, CPA firm or law firm
• Good spoken and written English
