Company Secretary Supervisor, Professional Firm, 35K, Central, Hong Kong

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coach 2 assistants
- Carry out company secretarial duties with HK private companies
- Attend to statutory corporate compliance issues in Hong Kong and some major offshore jurisdictions as well as offering clients access to, company secretarial services;
- Follow up clients individual requirements and provide a wide range of company secretarial and business formation services to individuals and organizations operating in Hong Kong
- Ensure client documentation complies with the requirements of the company’s KYC policies
Requirements:
- HKCGI member or finalist preferred
- 4 years of experience gained in corporate services firm, CPA firm or law firm
- Good spoken and written English
