CFO
Introduction:
Our client, a well-established luxury retailer with main business operations focused in the China market is currently in search of a high caliber CFO to lead the team
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Chairman / CEO , main duties are :
- Responsible for full spectrum of all financial management duties of the company's operation
- in Hong Kong and PRC
- Review and prepare the annual report / interim reports, announcements, and organize board
- and shareholders' meetings
- Ensure compliance with listing requirements, corporate governance and all relevant statutory
- matters
- Direct in-charge of fund raising and M&A Activities for the group
- Responsible for financial planning, treasury management, investment evaluations, and
- strategic business planning
- Direct interaction for banking negotiations
- Perform company secretarial functional duties
- Participate in ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Degree educated, ideally with an MBA, CFA or CPA qualification
- Over 15 years financial management experience with at least 5 years in the same capacity
- Big 4 Background is preferable
- Excellent knowledge of Hong Kong Listing rules and stock market
- You will have solid M&A experience preferably from within the APAC region
- Possess superb analytical skills and abilities coupled with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills with strong language ability in English, Cantonese and
- Mandarin
- Additionally, candidate with a previous background in Hong Kong listed companies, listed
- banks, or investment companies are highly desirable
