Broking Support Assistant
Introduction:
Our client, a leading Reinsurance Broker is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above mentioned position. Details are as follows:
Responsibilities:
- Prepare placement documentation (including slips, endorsements and wordings)
- List endorsements to follow markets
- Track of placement documentation (slips, endorsements and wordings) with relevant markets
- Prepare of cover notes based on placement slips
- Account organization, including setting up of account folders and ensuring that all underwriting information is downloaded / saved into respective folders
- Ad hoc project (if any)
- 12 months salary + discretionary bonus
- 18 days annual leave
- Medical insurance coverage
- Bank Holidays
Requirements:
- Degree holder or Associate’s degree/Diploma holder in relevant disciplines
- 3 years of policy admin experience in reinsurance industry
- Attentive to details
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Well-versed in Microsoft office products such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Good communication skill and be a good team player
