3. Arrange internal and external meetings
4. Maintain calendar and appropriate records, files, and documentation as needed.
5. Cultivate communication and coordination globally and develop positive relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
6. Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring seamless logistics and adherence to the chairman's preferences and schedule.
7. Provide the highest level of administrative support needed by the Chairman, while being aware of the need for confidentiality and restraint that this role entails and fulfilling its requirements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above; overseas education background is preferred.
2. Proficient in English and Mandarin.
3. Strong interest in the family office industry, fresh graduates are welcome.
4. High level of professionalism; detail-oriented, patient, a good team player with strong communication skills and a presentable, polished appearance.
5. Excellent communication and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Prior experience as a flight attendant is a plus.
