Introduction:

Our client is looking for the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:

Responsibilities:

1. Handle full set shipping independently (I/E, L/C, TRADELINK) banking documents/
2. Manage day-to-day Shipment Operations
3. Coordinate with different parties for shipment arrangement, e.g. forwarders, shipping lines, etc
4. Data entry related to shipments and preparing instructions for shipping documents.
5. Monitor the shipment status and report to the Officer for progress update
6. Provide clerical support as assigned
7. Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

1. Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines
2. Familiar with import & export documents/procedure
3. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, and fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage
4. Familiar with import & export documents/procedure
5. Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
6. Immediate availability is highly preferred
