Assistant Purchasing Manager
Introduction:
My client, a sizable FMCG company location in Tuen Mun is looking for an Assistant Purchasing Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for material sourcing and purchasing.
- Work with other departments within the company to solve problem.
- Liaise and negotiate with domestic & global suppliers.
- Preparation of tender documents & subsequent analysis.
- Shipping arrangement and documentation management.
- Inventory monitoring and replenishment.
- Monitor suppliers’ performance.
- Ad-Hoc jobs.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in purchasing, logistic management or related discipline.
- Mins 5 years with relevant experience.
- Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
- Proficient in MS application. (familiar with ERP system, Oracle system is preferable)
- Willing to travel oversea and mainland China.
- Smart, good soft management skills, detailed mind, strong analytical skills and able to work under pressure.
- Working Location: Tuen Mun
- 13 month salary
