Introduction:

My client, a sizable FMCG company location in Tuen Mun is looking for an Assistant Purchasing Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for material sourcing and purchasing.
• Work with other departments within the company to solve problem.
• Liaise and negotiate with domestic & global suppliers.
• Preparation of tender documents & subsequent analysis. 
• Shipping arrangement and documentation management.
• Inventory monitoring and replenishment. 
• Monitor suppliers’ performance.
• Ad-Hoc jobs.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in purchasing, logistic management or related discipline.
• Mins 5 years with relevant experience.
• Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
• Proficient in MS application. (familiar with ERP system, Oracle system is preferable)
• Willing to travel oversea and mainland China.
• Smart, good soft management skills, detailed mind, strong analytical skills and able to work under pressure.
