Introduction:

To cope with the fast expansion, a banking association is seeking candidates for the position of Assistant Manager or (Senior) Business Executive for their project team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing meetings, preparing papers, agenda and minutes for meetings of working groups / task forces and take required follow-up actions
• Collect comments from member banks and other stakeholders for assisting to prepare submissions
• Assist in drafting memorandum for committees, working groups and task forces
• Assist in drafting reply for complaints and enquires from member banks, general public and media etc.
• Assist in coordinating association events
• Assist the supervisors as required
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisors

Requirements:

• University graduated with working experience preferably gained in professional firm,  Government related body or banking industry
• Proficient in English writing
• Strong communications and analytical skills
• Well-organized and attentive to details
• Can be multi-tasking and a good team player
