Assistant Director, Member Services
Introduction:
Our client, a sizable legal association is seeking candidates for the position of Assistant Director, Member Services
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating events, exhibitions, trips and functions for members
- Overseeing the members-related programs
- Overseeing members’ publications and their related websites
- Assisting in the planning and execution of members-related technological strategies and activities
- Preparing reports and articles on members’ functions; and
- Acting as Secretary for the relevant committees
Requirements:
- University degree and at least 5-8 years of working experience
- Experience in event management is a must
- Experience in legal/service industry will be an advantage
- Publication experience is preferred
- Have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Be proactive, innovative and insightful; and
- Have strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
