Accounting Assistant
Introduction:
Our client, a well established Petrochemicals Manufacturer is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting activities (AR, AP & GL) for Hong Kong Office
- Responsible for AR factoring, credit control, settlement, overdue follow up and weekly aging report
- Assist in monthly, quarterly & yearly closings with reports and analysis
- Assist in forecast, budget, statutory audit and tax filing
- Assist in ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor
- 12 months salary + discretionary bonus
- 12 days annual leave
- Medical & Dental Insurance coverage
- Public Holidays
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- 2-3 years of accounting experience in manufacturing/trading industry (manufacturing preferred)
- Knowledge and Experience in using ERP system, e.g. SAP S4 Hana is an advantage
- Proficiency in using MS Office such as Excel, Word and Outlook
- Self-motivated, detail minded, well organized and good in interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently within tight schedules and under pressure
