Accountant / Senior Accountant (Group Consolidation Account)
Introduction:
Our client, a listed company in Singapore (property developer) is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:
Responsibilities:
- Handle quarterly group consolidation, semi-annual and annual results announcement in Singapore Stock Exchange, and Annual Report preparation work
- Analyzing monthly and quarterly management reports of various subsidiaries located in Hong Kong, Singapore and PRC, and preparing GAAP adjustments for consolidation purpose;
- Participate in annual budgeting and cash flow forecasting process and ad-hoc assignments
- 13 months salary + bonus (discretionary)
- 14 days annual leave

- Public Holidays
Requirements:
- Degree holder in accounting or related disciplines
- Member of professional accounting bodies is highly preferred
- 4 years of group consolidation account experience in commercial field and audit firm
- Solid experience in PRC accounting
- With experience in Property & Construction industry is an advantage
- Fluent Mandarin and English
- MS Word, Excel and Chinese typing
