Introduction:

My client is now looking for above position urgently.

Responsibilities:

·        To deal with incoming-outgoing payments and invoices reconciliation

·        To support the operation department for any upcoming needs of data entry in the software or documents preparation procedures

·        To registrar of payables and receivables in the software general ledger

Requirements:

  Degree in Accounting or Finance

        At least 4 years of accounting experience in transport/freight forwarding/logistics/supply chain solutions industry.

        Excellent communication and analytical skills

        Self-initiative, detail-minded, team player and able to work independently.

        Good language (English, Chinese, Mandarin)

        Good PC skills
