Introduction:

My client, one of the diversified business companies and they are looking for an Accountant to join their Financial team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for  check and ensure bank facilities and financing documents are prepared in accordance with group’s requirements
• Able to handle full set of accounts, including preparation of month-end closing and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports, tax returns and liaise with tax advisors as needed
• Provide reasonableness assessment of transactions for companies
• Coordinate with auditors and tax advisors to make sure various reporting timelines are met
• Handle ad-hoc analysis and assignments as required

Requirements:

• University degree holders in Accounting or related disciplines
• 8 - 10 years' working experience including hands-on experience in project management. Big 4 training is preferable.
• CPA qualified
• Experience in dealing with banks, handling bank loans and finance-related documents is an advantage
• Good command of written English and Chinese
• Detail orientated, proactive and able to work independently
• Good organizational and communication skills
