Introduction:

Handle full spectrum of HR support and services including but not limited to manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding & offboarding logistics, performance management, employee relations & engagement

Responsibilities:

•  Staff recruitment including sourcing and shortlisting of candidates, conducting interviews, reference checks and making offer
•  C&B administration including but not limited to staff payroll, staff benefit, HR salary benchmarking and wellness programs
•  HR reporting and analytics including but not limited to organization chart, staff database, leave records, recruitment reporting, training records, data analysis
•  Ensure Company compliance with employment laws and regulations by maintaining appropriate HR-related records and documentation
•  Participate in ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

•  Higher Diploma or above in Business, Human Resources Management or other related discipline
•  1 - 2 years of HR administration experience in multi-national corporations or financial institutions
•  Experienced user of MS Office and HRIS system
•  Independent, self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
•  Positive and proactive attitude, and with strong sense of responsibility
•  Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
