Introduction:

Lead a team to perform the daily cash management operations, including local and global payments processing, reconciliation, and investigation, to ensure efficient and optimal payment processing and ad-hoc cases accurate and timely

Responsibilities:

      Lead a team to perform the daily cash management operations, including local and global payments processing, reconciliation, and investigation, to ensure efficient and optimal payment processing and ad-hoc cases accurate and timely

      Oversee transactions and procedures specifically complied with AML policy

      Review and re-engineering the workflow, procedures and systems to increase productivity and improve efficiency

      Update or formulate standard operating procedures/ BCP procedures in accordance with the standards from both internal and external regulatory requirements, head office and senior management

      Provide guidance and training in daily procedures, policies on compliance requirements and process improvements for the operations team

      Manage enhancement release, survey and drills delivered by HKICL/ HKMA/ HKAB

      Handle ad-hoc projects or tasks

Requirements:

      Degree holder in Business, Finance, Economics or related disciplines

      With minimum 10 years experience in Deposit and Remittance fields

      Solid knowledge in relation to CHATS, SWIFT, FPS, Bulk Clearing services, and AML regulations

      Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

      Strong leadership and people management skills
