Introduction:

Position Overview:

The job holder will act as a shipping documentation professional for the companys daily operations and customers.

Responsibilities:

Job Highlights

        Provide counter services & documentation.

        Handle all in-out bound and transshipment.

        Deal with terminals, carriers and/or depots


Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

        Provide counter services and administer shipping documentation to customers.

        Handle all inbound, outbound and transshipment in a timely manner.

        Prepare invoices and receipts for review and approval.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Competencies

        Diploma & above or in related disciplines

        Minimum 1 years experience in freight forwarding handling or liner inbound, outbound or transshipment shipping documents.

        Well-organized, with good time management

        Customer-oriented and a good team player with strong interpersonal skill

        Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)

        Proficient in PC applications i.e. Word and Excel
