Introduction:

Japan-based MNC, Electronics, Maker & Distribution is looking for accounting manager to cope with the growing business.

Responsibilities:

• Report to a native Japanese senior management and lead the team with 4 ppl. of the accounting department
• Monitor accounting department for smooth daily operation
• Assist in cash flow management, budget and forecast management
• Handle full sets of accounts and financial reports and balance sheet account schedule
• Prepare and assist auditor for regulatory auditing exercise
• Responsible for internal control (J-SOX), process improvement and system implementation
• Perform ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Degree in or above in Accounting, Finance or relevant disciplines
• 5 years’ experience or above of Accounting (Nice to have experience gained in Japan-based company)
• Applicants with less experience and associate degree would be considered as assistant accounting manager role
• Good command of English and Mandarin; Japanese is a plus, not a must
• Excellent communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
