Our client, an international gemological research laboratory located at Central is urgently seeking candidates for the position of Receptionist.
- Perform reception duties including answering phone calls and greeting guests
- Provide administrative and clerical support to a team
- Sales co-ordination, prepare invoice/receipt etc.
- Communicate with clients via email
- Assist in ad hoc assignments
- Diploma holder with minimum 5 years related working experience
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Pleasant character, detail-minded, independent with strong communication and customer service skills
- A good team player
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
