Introduction:

My client, a medical device company is now looking for the above position urgently.

Responsibilities:

Provide regular and active checking and support to existing customers
•        Provide regular feedback to company to improve equipment performance and stability
•        Work closely with contractors and provide quality service to customers
•        Follow up on Service process in closing dispatch and handle parts
•        Install and provide technical support to ensure service agreements and warranty obligations are fulfilled
Application Related 
•        To educate & support dental customers in CBCT application and increase customer satisfaction
•        Co-work with sales team to help pre-sell demonstration & post sell education, Technical Support, and resolving clinical questions
•        Perform image software application training
•        Good sensitivity to bring back competitor information, customer needs, new leads
•        Co-ordinate with Sales & marketing team on activities, exhibition, seminar, course and materials

Requirements:

• Degree qualification 
• 2 years’ experience in Field Service Application for Medical Device / Equipment
• Good language skills
• Good PC skills
