Assistant Manager/(Senior) Business Executive

Introduction:
To cope with the fast expansion, a banking association is seeking candidates for the position of Assistant Manager or (Senior) Business Executive for their project team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing meetings, preparing papers, agenda and minutes for meetings of working groups / task forces and take required follow-up actions
- Collect comments from member banks and other stakeholders for assisting to prepare submissions
- Assist in drafting memorandum for committees, working groups and task forces
- Assist in drafting reply for complaints and enquires from member banks, general public and media etc.
- Assist in coordinating association events
- Assist the supervisors as required
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisors
Requirements:
- University graduated with working experience preferably gained in professional firm, Government related body or banking industry
- Proficient in English writing
- Strong communications and analytical skills
- Well-organized and attentive to details
- Can be multi-tasking and a good team player
