Introduction:
Our client, a leading manufacturer of rotary tools and converting solutions for the cardboard packaging industry is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:
Responsibilities:
- Technical support, conduct installation and commissioning of machine/tooling.
- Execute planned preventive maintenance, emergency callout, repairs, upgrades, telephone and e-mail support to customers.
- Application software support and pre-sale technical support.
- Handle some ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
- High diploma or above in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- 3 years solid experience in field services, preferably having working experience in printing and packaging machine.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
- Knowledge of CAD and other drawing software is a plus.
- Travel to overseas is required.
