Logistics & Demand Forecast Administrator

Introduction:
Our client, a world-renowned beauty retailer is urgently seeking candidates for the post of Logistics & Demand Forecast Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivery order operation and administrative support to the warehouse and local sales
- Handle PO processes to the Regional to maintain stock inventory
- Manage and coordinate with 3PL warehouse closely to ensure smooth operation
- Coordinate with sales and marketing team for retail operation
- Work closely with forwarder, Regional and customers for logistics arrangements
- Handle declaration of import and export goods
- Coordinate with the Ecommerce delivery company
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' of experience in logistic and forecast planning
- Proficient in MS office applications, especially Excel
- SAP/SBO experience is preferred
- Energetic, able to work multitasking and independent
- Fair spoken and written English
