Introduction:

Human Resources Officer - (Education , 5 days, 15AL,lunch, Tuen Mun, $25K ), ref :KMOJ078501

Responsibilities:

  •           To provide general administrative support to the HR Department, including daily operation and compensation & benefits functions
  •          To handle the employment visa process, and qualifications assessment and teacher registration applications for overseas-hired staff
  •          To support the C&B function including payroll, MPF administration, insurance administration and taxation
  •          To monitor and follow up the probation review of staff
  •          To monitor and prepare the renewal contract for staff
  •          To support on-boarding formalities including documents checking and p-file opening
  •          To support post-employment arrangement including final payment calculation, tax clearance, MPF withdrawal, issue certificate of service
  •          To prepare employment documents, human resources correspondences and regular reports
  •          To maintain varies HR records including visa information, qualifications, staff movement, on-boarding and off-boarding formalities, payroll-related information
  •          To maintain accurate data in the HRIS and filing system
  •          To involve the design and development of the new HRIS system
  •          To handle government regular survey

Requirements:

  •          Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related discipline
  •          At least Two years working experience
  •          High proficiency in English (both written and verbal communication), fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin
  •          Good knowledge of HR practices, employment ordinance
  •          Knowledge the HR related legislations and compliance
  •          Strong computer skills in MS Office Applications and knowledge in HRIS
  •          Strong analytical skill and numerical sense and multi-tasking and able to meet tight deadline

Package:

  •          Five days per week
  •          8 am to 5 pm
  •          15 days annual leave
  •          Bank holiday
  •          2 days’ paid privileged leave per annum
  •          Complimentary school lunch
  •          Complimentary shuttle bus to and from work
