Digital transformation specialist - 5 days, retail, urgent
Introduction:
My client, one of the popular retailer is looking for the above position urgently.
Responsibilities:
- Work close with internal and external parties to develop a holistic digital roadmap and project plans for the company based on business insights, data analytics, to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Monitor the change request process to ensure the business's requirements are precise and essential.
- Provide advisory and technical support services to internal users to ensure practical applications of IT tools and systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computing/ IT, eCommerce, Business or related disciplines
- 6 years of experience in digital/ eCommerce projects management, less experience will be considered as Digital transformation officer
- Experience in retail or F&B is highly preferred
- Good language skills (including Cantonese, English and Mandarin)
