Our client, a Thai Restaurants is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:


·        ·         To estimate future needs and maintain the supplies of goods & kitchen utensils and safety regulations

·         To manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it

·         To manage the Back of the House daily operations of the assigned outlets

·         To deliver superior food quality and maximize customer satisfaction

·         To control operational & food costs and identify measures to cut waste

·         To train new and current employees on proper operations procedure

·         To control the manpower level and organize shifts 




·         At least 5-8 years working experience in Thai or Singapore or Vietnam’s restaurants)

·         Experience in managing chain restaurants will be an advantage

·         Knowledgeable in menu design and costing 

·         Good communication skill & Leadership 

·         Independent with problem solving mind set



·         6 Working Days Per Week

·         9 hours including 30 mins lunch break

·         10 Days Paid Annual Leave

·         12 Days Statutory Holidays

·         MPF

·         Location : Tuen Mun, Kowloon, Tsing Yi Tai
