Introduction:
A professional body in Hong Kong in Banking Section is hiring Assistant Administration.
Responsibilities:
• Report to the Assistant administration Manager
• Back up for another one Administrative Assistant
• Carry out operation general office administration duties
• Distribute incoming mails in compliance with organization’s policy
• Communicate with the IT vendor on PC and system issues
Requirements:
• 3 years of office administration experience, nice to have experience in communicating with IT vendor.
(No need technical qualification and experience.)
• English and Chinese and familiar with MS office
• Well organized and good communication skills
