Shipping Specialist

Introduction:
My client, a sizable Multi-national Corporation dealing with Branded Fashion Accessories, is now looking for above position for their Hong Kong office urgently.
Responsibilities:
- to handle full set shipping documents
- to chase up missing confirmation D/D for newly issued order
- to follow up with daily inspection by MAL QC: collect reports and related docs and share with the customer
- to chase for shipmode instructions once Pos are released
- to issue invoice
- to update shipment declarations in Trade link
- to send the ship mode application file for the advance items only
- to notify suppliers for the released items and ship mode.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above qualification
- with at least 5 years solid experience in Shipping / Logistics
- good language skills (Cantonese, English & Mandarin)
- good PC skills (MS Word, MS Excel)
- immediate available if preferred
- 5-day work week
- double pay
- 12 days annual leave
- medical insurance
