Sales Manager/Sales Executive

Introduction:

A premium food products importer and distributor is urgently seeking a candidate for the position of Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement sales & marketing plans and strategies, explore new business opportunities, identifies the need for new sales prospects
  • Excel in achieving sales and GP targets
  • Develop, maintain, and strengthen business relationships with customers and provide professional sales service
  • Gain an understanding of customer base, competition, pricing, and other market variables to drive the business performance
  • Design and manage business plans to expand company’s client base and ensure its strong presence
  • Lead and drive the overall development direction for the direct sales team to generate profitable sales to maximize sales achievements, profitability, and growth
  • Manage sales forecasting and budgets, setting and achieving targets

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business, Marketing, or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience, highly prefer candidate with frozen or chilled meat background
  • Good supervisory experience with excellent problem-solving communication skills
  • Sound market knowledge with strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop long-term relationships are essential
  • Confident, aggressive, positive & self-motivated; able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is required
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sales Executive
