Introduction:

My client, a leading container leasing company; they are URGENTLY to looking for a Finance Manager to join their Financing and Investor Relations Department:-

Responsibilities:

• Under the Financing and Investor Relations Department, the incumbent will, with support of subordinates, be responsible for the corporate financing and treasury functions, which mainly cover the following areas:
• Develop and maintain networks and collaborative partnerships with financial institutions;
• Explore and identify relevant financing products, including but not limited to, corporate lending, structured transactions, syndications, trade financing, DCM products and other financing products;
• In charge of financing transactions from origination to execution, including but not limited to terms negotiation, credit approval support to financial institutions, transaction internal approval support, and review of documentation in relation to financing transactions;
• Participate in financing plans/budgets, cashflow management, financing profile management, loan administration/compliance;
• In-depth analytical review of company’s financial statements and finance costs; and support in relevant enhancements for system/procedures deriving the related data/analysis.
• Conduct analysis on the macro-economic news relevant for the department’s functions;

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline
• Professional qualification in Finance or Accounting (CPA, CFA, CMA or other equivalent international accounting associations)
• At least 6 years or above working experience in Corporate Banking/ Finance, audit firm or combination of the above, with at least 3 years supervisory experience
• Experience in asset finance or DCM projects is a strong edge
• Strong problem solving, multi-tasking skills and analytical skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Putonghua
• Advanced user of Excel
• Good presentation, supervisory and people management skills
