HEAD OF HR

Introduction:
Our client, a well-established company with business across the globe, is currently looking for a well-rounded HR professional to lead the team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a sizable human resources team and oversee and manage day-to-day operation of all HR functions, including recruitment, learning & development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations
- Work closely with and provide timely advice to line managers on manpower planning, budgeting, and other HR related issues
- Review, develop and implement HR policies, guildlines and procedures to support business development
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local workforce laws and regulations
- Perform ad-hoc HR projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder in HRM or related disciplines
- A minimum of 8 of HR experience at a sizable organization, preferably with exposure working with front line staff
- Knowledgeable in Hong Kong labour laws
- Well verse in written English and Chinese, good spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Good interpersonal, organizing and presentation skills
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
