Introduction:

Our client, a world class semiconductor manufacturer is currently in search of a Regional Sale Manager to cover the Greater China and APAC markets

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing and executing strategies and programs with our clients to maximize sales and profit
• Identifying opportunities for company based on understanding the client’s business strategy, opportunities and issues
• Promote the company’s portfolio and value proposition to the accounts and top end customers in cooperation with the field sales team
• Establishing and developing suitable relationship strategies to improve the company’s position with the client
• Through understanding of the balance of power and relationships, create and successfully execute suitable negotiation strategy and tactics in cooperation with the commercial marketing team
• Representing and conveying the accounts needs and ensuring adequate priorities are set in order to execute against strategy
• Effective monitoring of logistic/quality performance
• Ensuring that all key internal systems and processes are timely updated with accurate information
• Gathering market information and competitor’s information

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of sales and marketing experience in semiconductor Distribution
• Proven track record in Distribution business and established network at headquarters and branches
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking, result oriented, customer focused
• Willing to travel frequently
