Senior Leasing Officer/Leasing Manager

Introduction:
Our client, a PRC based finance and property investment group is urgently looking for a candidate for the position of Leasing Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily leasing activities including new lettings, renewal, market research and tenancy administration work
- Prepare leasing proposals, offer to lease, licence agreement, Tenancy Agreement and other related documentation
- Negotiate with existing tenants for renewal
- Build and maintain good relationship with existing and potential tenants
- Coordinate premises takeover and handover, fitting-out, renovation management and handle complaints
Requirements:
- Diploma holder
- Solid experience in property leasing preferably gained from PRC or HK based companies
- Proactive and customer oriented
- Good interpersonal communication and presentation skill
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
