HR & Admin Manager/Executive Assistant to CEO

Introduction:

Our client, a well established Reinsurance Company is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above mentioned position. Details are as followings:

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all round HR role, including recruitment, compensation and benefits for HK, China & Taiwan office
  • Communicate with payroll vendors
  • Executive Assistant to CEO (Mandarin speaking)
  • Ad hoc assignments
Package:
  • 12 months salary discretionary bonus
  • 18 days annual leave
  • Medical insurance coverage

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in HR Management
  • 8-10 years of all round HR role experience, with solid experience in Multi-national Company
  • With secretarial and administrative experience is an advantage
  • Fluent English and Mandarin
  • Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Familiar with HK Labour Ordinance
  • Basic knowledge of China Labour Law is highly preferred
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
