My client, a leading freight forwarding & logistics service provider is seeking a candidate for the position of Key Account Support Leader.
Responsible for operations entry point for the customer’s regional team and proactively engage with customer’s requests and spot projects.
Work closely with various departments and entities in the Asia Pacific region to ensure expectations are met as per agreement, rectify matters, ensure smooth communication and coordination of operational gaps and any account management related subjects.
Responsible for identifying, articulating and proposing preventive and corrective actions in the event of operational mishaps and ensure alignment of deliverables to support and strengthen the objectives of the account.
Work with the RAM/KAM team, you will support in preparing any back-up solution pricing in any state of force majeure or highly risked shipments.
Support of peers, you will relate with the customer in performance analysis, review KPI reports and initiate continuous improvement initiative to exceed expectations.
5 years of experience with a freight forwarder in n Operations / Account Management / Control Tower role
Good knowledge in air freight, sea freight, customers brokerage and supply chain
Global / regional account management experience
Experience in the luxury retail / Fashion vertical will be advantageous
Knowledge on omni-channel distribution
Strong advocate of CSR, Ethics and QHSE
Salary offer: HKD45,000
