Sales Executive, B to B sales

Our client is one of most established in building solutions for commercial and residential properties
Responsibilities:
Outdoor Sales Person (Own vehicle but not a must .. )
- Locals / PR / Malaysian may apply
- Prepare quotations, work orders, DOs,
- Assist and coordinate with internal divisions on work processes
- Receive and execute orders received via emails, mobile, landline, fax etc
- Coordination with customers, suppliers and all other enquiries
- Cold calling customers
- Outdoor assessment on site
- perform filing and administrative duties
- handle other ad-hoc assignments
- develop reports for sales to show progress against budget numbers
- proactiveness on work processes and able to give feedbacks on improvements
- provide good customer service with follow up on any /all requests
Requirements:
min 3 years of relevant sales experience in any industries
multi tasking and able to work independently
good positive attitude and flexibility
good with communication in both English and mandarin
must have own car with class 3 license
