To embark in the growing Electrical Vehicle trend in Singapore. Our client is looking for a EV Service Engineer.

Responsibilities:

Job Description
Participating in a high-growth EV trend based in Singapore, in vehicle fleet electrification, seeks an EV Service Engineer/Technician Lead to support the service needs of its customers in Singapore Island wide. 
Service is the core of the company and it is being supported with software, project management, and equipment integrations that make the service department even more valuable to the growth strategy. 
The Lead Engineer/Technician will work in the service operations department reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer. 
Key aspects of the work include working with Vendors in diagnosing with charging infrastructure in addition to handling regularly scheduled maintenance.

Responsibilities:
In charge of deployment of battery swap stations island wide.
Liaise with fleet owners.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and service electrical charging infrastructure using skills and tools that range from computer diagnostics to basic electrical tools.
Maintain detailed and timely documentation for repairs and installations.
Coordinate with third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all services and projects are delivered on-time, within the scope, and within budget.
Ensure resource availability and allocation to satisfy the service requirements of our clients.
Manage a detailed service plan to monitor and track progress.
Measure charging infrastructure performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Report and escalate to company management as needed.
Represent the company at client locations with the highest standards of professional conduct.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.



Requirements:

Qualifications/Requirement

Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering

2+ years' experience of related work

Class 2B/3 license with good riding record.

Strong technical capabilities

Enterprising, self-starter attitude

Adaptable to the changing dynamics of new business strategy

Proven working experience in service operations

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

Detail-oriented, resourceful, diligent, and able to operate independently with limited supervision (completing assigned work accurately and in a timely manner)

Strong sense of initiative and a good team player.

General knowledge of charging, automotive, motorcycle systems

Hands-on experience in either electrical, mechanical, or other related field service experience; experience with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting

Experience interacting and communicating with the customer

Advanced level computer skills (including MS applications)
