Introduction:

Job Descriptions Report to the Regional Finance Head Location: West Benefits : Above average

Responsibilities:

Responsible for AP and Inventory Control
Maintain and update Fixed Assets Registers & rental equipment on a timely manner
Liaise with finance on assets tagging and ensure the same record is updated in the Fixed Assets Registers
Monthly inventory reconciliations and provision for stock obsolescence
Close liaison with Logistics & Operations team on monthly cycle count and year end physical stock-take
Work closely with Demand Planning team to ensure all inventory purchased are recorded in the system on a timely manner
Work closely with Logistics & Operations team to ensure proper and timely receiving of inventory
Ensure all inventory are properly accounted for in the system and flag out irregularities to the respective managers/team leads for follow up actions
Ensure all stock-take discrepancies are checked and adjusted on a timely manner


Requirements:

Job Requirements
1. Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
2. Minimum 2 year of relevant working experience
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills , able to speak Chinese 
5. Analytical, self-motivated, ability to work independently and as part of a team
