Logistics and Port Container Operations
Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with the company's goals in logistics and port container operations.
Identify new business opportunities and markets within the logistics and shipping sector.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners in the logistics and container terminal sectors.
Enhance client engagement and satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Provide insights that guide pricing strategy and service offerings.
Lead sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and expand client base.
Negotiate contracts with clients and vendors, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
Monitor contract compliance and address any issues that arise.
Work closely with operational teams to ensure smooth logistics and terminal operations.
Coordinate with internal departments to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
Prepare and present regular reports on commercial performance, market trends, and client feedback to senior management.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 experience in logistics, shipping, or container terminal operations.
Proven track record in business development and client management.
Extensive pre-existing client database in related fields.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
