Our client is a leading real estate development company based in Phuket, Thailand. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Data Analyst to join our client team. This role is crucial for leveraging data to inform our marketing strategies and drive sales in the competitive real estate market.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct online data analysis to support marketing department initiatives.
2. Analyze marketing performance data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing campaigns.
3. Identify key market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes through data analysis.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to define data requirements and reporting needs.
5. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize key marketing metrics and track progress towards KPIs.
6. Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of various marketing channels and promotional activities.

Requirements:

1. For Thai candidates: Proficiency in English or Chinese is required.
2. For Chinese candidates: Must have work experience in Thailand and be proficient in English or Thai.
3. Experience in both offline and online data analysis is required.
4. Background in the Real Estate industry is preferred.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
7. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for marketing strategies.
